Empowered Leads is the most basic module — the foundation of the Empowered Office arsenal of CRM tools. Simply put this module lets you capture leads and then pass the leads on to the sales personnel to follow up. You select the criteria by which the leads should be sorted. We develop a capture form and parser to these criteria. We then set up Empowered Leads accounts for each sales person. After that it is just a matter of turning the system on. All leads collected are automatically part of your database and can be accessed from a master account at any time. Most importantly all your leads are archived in a permanent database. Even if a set of leads is deleted by an individual sales person, the leads remain in the archived database.
